My name is Nancy Bax, I live in Voorhout and I am the mother of two studying children. I want nothing more than to share my experience and knowledge with people and organizations by being an advisor or coach for employers and employees or by working as a project or interim manager for the organization. I am a no-nonsense type and not afraid of a challenge.

Based on a broad work experience and a goal-oriented, practical attitude, I am quickly able to make an analysis, deploy the right interventions and apply structure. I deliver high quality and ethical standards, with a focus on solutions in line with business strategy and objectives.

I get energy from meeting new people, helping them and learning new things myself. In addition, I easily adapt to people and organizations and I have a constant focus on improvement with the aim of a win-win situation for everyone.
